He first came across Tvarana during his college years. Drawn to the company’s NetSuite expertise and people-first culture, he quickly found a strong sense of belonging. Over time, he’s been deeply inspired by the humility and support of mentors and managers who’ve helped shape his professional journey. Their encouragement continues to drive his growth and motivation.
For Saibabu, Tvarana isn’t just a place of work - it’s where innovation, camaraderie, and personal growth intersect. Some of his most cherished moments include intense table tennis matches, late-night dinners, spontaneous after-work city outings, and fun-filled game nights with carroms, UNO, and Jenga. Though farewells with batchmates have been bittersweet, the shared sense of community and support has made his journey unforgettable.
Born and raised in Sathupally, Khammam district, Saibabu grew up straddling two generations - neither a full ’90s kid nor a 2K kid. School and college brought their own set of transitions, from sudden shifts in grading systems to evolving course structures. His B.Tech years at Vardhaman College of Engineering, a top autonomous institution, were marked by strict rules and structure - but also helped instill discipline and focus. Then came the COVID pandemic, hitting right after his final exams. While others were promoted, Sai faced the uncertainty head-on. Those challenging years taught him resilience, adaptability, and how to find joy even amidst chaos - traits that have shaped both his career and character.
Saibabu’s travel bucket list leans toward destinations rich in culture, tradition, and natural beauty. From the surreal landscapes of Iceland to centuries-old towns and scenic trails, he’s drawn to places that spark wonder and curiosity. Some of his favorite trips include the Andaman Islands with their tranquil beaches and crystal-clear waters; the snow-covered beauty of Jammu and Kashmir; and an adrenaline-fueled adventure in Rishikesh that included white-water rafting, trekking, and a nerve-wracking bungee jump. He also fondly recalls the calm of Munnar’s coffee estates and the coastal charm of Pondicherry’s colonial streets. Internationally, his first overseas experience took him to Vietnam, where Hanoi’s bustling energy, Ha Long Bay’s serenity, and the dreamlike Ba Na Hills left a lasting impression.
On weekends, Saibabu enjoys a healthy mix of activity and relaxation. A typical Saturday might begin with a competitive game of badminton and end with an evening of poker with friends. He values time spent on long drives, catching up on sleep, and recharging through music, laughter, and good company.
He’s currently reading Zero to One by Peter Thiel, a thought-provoking look at innovation and building things that don’t yet exist. A self-proclaimed movie buff, Saibabu keeps up with the latest theatrical releases and OTT drops and stays tuned into current events and trends via Instagram.
